The mind is the most restless and unruly part of humankind. Our thoughts often defy our will and set us up against the will of God. Humanity is the apex of God’s creation.
The human mind is wondrously complex. We have been created and given the capacity and the freedom to think for and about ourselves.This capacity sets us apart from animals and robots. God made us in his image. We precariously close to deity. Although we have been redeemed and justified by the atoning work of Christ, our mind is the engine room of all rebellion. Let’s open ourselves up to radiance of God’s Spirit and , let his light shine through our minds. When his Spirit is in control of our minds, we will be filled with joy and peace. Have a great day.
