PSALMS 139:1-4 AMP
“O Lord, you have searched me [thoroughly] and have known me. You know when I sit down and when I rise up [my entire life, everything I do]; You understand my thought from afar. You scrutinize my path and my lying down, And You are intimately acquainted with all my ways. Even before there is a word on my tongue [still unspoken], Behold, O Lord, You know it all.”

Let’s go to God for understanding since he knows us far better than know ourselves. God knows our hearts and minds and everything about us: our true personalities, our secret fantasies, our hidden motives. God knows the reality of our inner life. He understands us in all our complexities. No detail of our lives are hidden from him.
He views us through lenses of his grace, so don’t be afraid of his intimate awareness. Allow the Light of his healing presence to shine into the deepest recesses of your being, cleansing, healing, refreshing, and renewing you. Trust God enough to accept the full forgiveness that he offers you continually. Forgiveness is at the very core of his being and presence. When no one else seems to understand you, simply draw closer to him. Rejoice in the One who understands you completely and loves you perfectly.
